Somatic Coaching
for nervous system resilience
Somatic coaching containers are here to meet you where you are at, and gently make room for deeper presence, awareness and connection to your body.
The main modality I draw from is Somatic Experiencing*, a science backed modality for relieving stress + trauma and supporting the nervous system, that has personally been really transformative in my own life.
We will work with with awareness of sensation and the body to come into more safety and into the here and now.
The body holds tremendous wisdom, memories and stories that when worked with, can transform the places stuck and frozen in trauma into so much more safety, vitality aliveness.
We will lean into pleasure and resource as an anchor for exploring the places that feel difficult or stuck, allowing them to move in a way that your system can digest.
This is not a fast track or “cathartic” approach. It’s not about fixing or striving, rather a slow and gentle unwinding where we make space for more of YOU.
My work is also informed by 8+ years of devotional + embodiment practice, and training as Doula.
*Currently in my Advanced Year of studying Somatic Experiencing.
